INBISA has closed the purchase of a new plot of land in the Arco de Ladrillo area of Valladolid, where it plans to develop a residential development of 80 homes. The investment will exceed 20 million euros and is part of the company's growth strategy in the city, where it has already promoted other residential developments.
The project will have more than 14,000 sqm of floor space and will be located at the intersection of Avenida Diego Martínez Barrio and Calle Avión Cuatro Vientos, a 15-minute walk from the historic centre and a short distance from the high-speed train station. It is foreseen that the homes will be distributed around communal areas that will include spaces for leisure and wellbeing.
According to Olatz González, Deputy Director of INBISA's Central Territory, the choice of this location responds to a combination of several factors: proximity to the centre, rail connections and the consolidation of the demand for new housing. González pointed out that the company is confident of designing a development adapted to the real needs of families, with functional spaces and communal areas that provide differential value.
Arco de Ladrillo, also known as Cuarteles de Artillería, has been the focus of several urban regeneration initiatives in recent years, including the creation of green areas, pedestrian spaces, improved accessibility and the provision of services. This transformation has consolidated its attractiveness as a residential area, especially among those seeking proximity to the centre and good communications.
The INBISA director stressed that the project not only seeks to respond to the demand for housing in the city, but also to contribute to the environment with a proposal that integrates quality construction and efficient design. In her opinion, Arco de Ladrillo is one of the enclaves with the greatest potential for consolidation in the short term in Valladolid.
This new development is in addition to the 125-home development that the company is delivering in the Pinar de Jalón neighbourhood. In addition, INBISA has recently expanded its activity in Madrid with the acquisition of a plot of land in exchange in the Solana area, one of the urban developments underway in the capital.
With more than 1,200 homes in its portfolio and more than 4,000 units delivered in recent years, INBISA continues its roadmap focused on identifying strategic land.
