GS Group has acquired a plot of land in Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, to develop GS Punta Vicaño, its second residential project in the municipality following Residencial GS Silgar. The planned investment amounts to €15 million.

The plot is situated on Camiño de Baltar, just a few metres from the sea and close to leisure, dining and water sports facilities. It has a net area of 680 sqm and a buildable area of around 2,800 sqm, on which the developer plans to build 21 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.

The homes will feature home automation systems, terraces, penthouses with private swimming pools, garages and storage rooms. Construction is scheduled to begin in the final quarter of 2026, with an estimated completion time of 20 months.

The project joins the GS Silgar residential development, currently under construction and situated just a few metres from Silgar beach and the marina. This development comprises 30 homes and represents an investment of €17 million.

According to the company, the project forms part of its growth strategy in markets with high residential demand and limited availability of ready-to-build land, a strategy that also applies to Residencial GS Silgar. With both projects, Grupo GS has a combined investment in Sanxenxo of €32 million and 51 homes planned or under construction.
