Grupo Insur has launched Insur Alberia, a residential development of 53 homes at the junction of Calle Juglar and Calle José María Moreno Galván, in Seville’s Nervión district. The project involves planned investment of €27 million. The area has schools, shops, health centres and public transport links.
The scheme will offer one, two and three-bedroom homes, which can be configured to add up to four or five bedrooms. Different layouts will be available to suit buyers’ needs.
Communal areas will include a rooftop with a swimming pool and chill-out area overlooking the Giralda and the city centre, as well as a landscaped central courtyard. The development will also have an underground car park with 101 spaces.
Construction is due to start in the second four-month period of 2027, between May and August. According to Grupo Insur, the project will create around 300 direct and indirect jobs.
