The developer has announced that between the last quarter of this year and the first quarter of 2022 it will build more than a thousand homes. So far this year the company has invested around 130 million in land in the Madrid and Galicia regions.
The company plans to deliver about 300 homes this year, which will generate an income of 180 million euros. Gestilar also expects to collect 40 million euros from its own construction company, created in 2019 to end delays in home delivery times and to be able to ensure its clients the highest quality of the product.
The developer has a portfolio of land for the development of 1,200 homes until 2025. For 2022 and 2023, it plans to deliver up to 550 homes. Gestilar plans to double its delivery figures in 2024 and 2025, to reach 1,000 units per year.
The company is currently present in Madrid, Catalonia, Galicia, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, through its delegation in Lisbon. The company wants to grow in Cantabria, the Mediterranean coast and Andalusia. Gestilar also values opening new lines of business and is studying creating a company dedicated to the management of third-party homes.
