Gestilar is about to complete its first residential project in Lisbon, in which it has invested 60 million euros. This is Gestilar Residences Miraflores, whose stock of 111 new homes is already over 97% reserved, with three-bedroom units still available.
The developer highlights that the "differential attraction of this project is based on a combination of the best location in the area, with views of the Miraflores Urban Park, the Monsanto Park and the sea; a careful design, the work of the prestigious Saraiva + Associados architecture studio; high quality and extensive communal facilities on the roof, including a gym, swimming pool and solarium with spectacular views of the river Tejo".
Work on the project continues to progress, having already reached the structure of the last of the 13 floors of the building. These works are expected to be completed in the second half of 2023 in order to be able to proceed with the delivery of homes to the future owners.
In addition, Gestilar stresses that Residences Miraflores has been designed according to eco-sustainable criteria, which means a reduction in CO2 emissions and a significant reduction in the energy demand of the new building.
