The asset consists of 15 residential units distributed over 4,312sqm above ground, directly facing Parque Eduardo VII in Lisbon’s thriving prime district steps from Praça Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade.
Bond Advisory closed the transaction on behalf of the buyer, Mondego Capital Partners, who acquired the mixed-use asset as part of its ongoing investment plans in the residential sector in Portugal.
