Axa buys 258 dwellings in Madrid from Blackstone for €120M

Fidere, Blackstone's socimi, has closed the sale of 258 homes and 12 commercial premises, in Madrid, to Axa for almost 120 million euros.

Specifically, and as reported to BME Growth, Fidere Vivienda 4 has transferred to Acef Spain Propco, a company wholly owned by Axa CoRE Europe Fund, 258 homes, 258 storage rooms attached to them, 299 parking spaces and 12 commercial premises located in the Los Altos de Méndez Álvaro residential complex, located at 2-4 Mezquite Street in Madrid.

Of course, some of the homes that make up the residential do not belong to Fidere, so they will continue "under the ownership of their corresponding owners", specifies the socimi.

The purchase price has risen to about 119.17 million euros.

Blackstone divests

In March, the American manager already made cash with the sale of 245 Testa rental homes to another insurer, Allianz. In this case, the units were located in the northern area of ​​Castellana, and the insurer paid 185 million euros. A few days after the closing of the operation, Elix Vintage, Allianz's socimi began to operate the homes on a provisional basis.
