Arcano, the leading independent financial advisory firm specialized in investment banking and asset management, has completed the comprehensive rehabilitation of the property that housed the EFE Agency headquarters on Calle Espronceda 32 in Madrid, converting it into the first residential building with all its parking spaces electrified.

The project represents a milestone for sustainable mobility, as it includes 100 electrified parking spaces for the owners of these exclusive homes and 123 for non-resident users. In this way, the firm continues to develop differential projects capable of providing added value to investors, for which the sustainability approach is essential.

Arcano acquired the building through its second real estate fund AVA II, in order to convert the old office building into 50 Premium homes and a commercial space. The building has just over 9,500 sqm of constructed area divided into eight floors, 223 parking spaces and 50 storage rooms.

Espronceda street, in the Ríos Rosas neighborhood of the Chamberí district, is a residential area of ​​high demand and consolidated.
