The Basque developer Amenabar continues to expand its footprint and is launching a development in the centre of Seville with an investment of 78 million euros.
The company's new residential development, Jardines de Cruz del Campo, will be built in a development between Nervión and Santa Justa, in the new area of Cruz del Campo, and will have 212 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. The sale prices, starting at 326,000 euros plus VAT, include garage and storage room. The Amenabar development, which will be built on a 2,300 square metre estate, will have a swimming pool and gymnasium and will overlook the new urban park.
The residential project is the result of the transformation of the industrial space of the former Cruzcampo factory. The new development of this area will involve the construction of nearly 2,000 homes, of which 890 will be social housing and 1,073 will be free housing.
In its more than four decades of existence, Amenabar has delivered more than 30,000 homes and has more than 5,500 units under construction in Madrid, the Basque Country, Andalusia and Navarre. In Andalusia, it currently manages more than 650 homes in Marbella and 470 in Costa Ballena, Cadiz. Also on the Cadiz coast, it has recently delivered the Amenabar Ocean development, and is currently working on two developments: Amenabar SEA, which is expected to be delivered in 2025 and Amenabar Lagoon, which will be delivered in 2026. Furthermore, in Malaga, in the La Princesa area, it recently launched Aires de San Lucas, a development of 59 homes 10 minutes from the beach.
