ALMA Development has unveiled the show flat for Caxias Heights, its first residential project in the Lisbon region, representing an investment of around €20 million.
The development, located in Oeiras, is already at an advanced stage of construction and is aimed primarily at families seeking high-quality housing in the premium segment.
Situated in Caxias, in a prime location between Lisbon and the main routes along the Cascais line, it comprises 24 flats, including three-bedroom and four-bedroom duplex units. It also benefits from surrounding green spaces, cultural and leisure facilities, as well as proximity to landmarks such as the Oeiras Seafront Promenade, Jamor and the beaches along the Cascais line.
Comprising four blocks housing the 24 flats, the three-bedroom flats range from 145 to 180 sqm and the four-bedroom duplex flats from 208 to 230 sqm, featuring spacious outdoor areas and views over the River Tagus in some units. The development also offers a range of facilities for future residents, such as a heated outdoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose room, co-working spaces and a phone booth, a children’s play area, outdoor spaces designed for families, extensive green areas and charging points for electric vehicles.
In addition to the functional layouts, the spacious balconies and high-end finishes and fittings are also noteworthy.
