Aedas Homes arrives at Terrassa (Barcelona). The company, which has already delivered nearly 1.000 houses in Catalonia, will promote three residential in this city in which it will raise more than 200 houses. These projects will involve an investment of close to 50 million euros and the creation of around 500 indirect jobs.
In the coming weeks, it will launch the first of these developments on the southeast side of the city, Vernet, comprising 81 homes with swimming pool, landscaped areas and playgrounds for children.
Subsequently, the company will market the Herolt and Sirani residential projects, to the north of Terrassa, with 39 and 87 units, respectively. The latter will have common areas.
