The socimi managed by the fund manager Azora has announced the acquisition of a new turnkey construction in the urban center of Vigo for 13.5 million euros.
The residence will have approximately 150 beds and will be leased in the long term to an international specialized operator. The operation involves an initial payment of two million euros and the remaining amount will be paid with its opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2023, as reported by the socimi in the notification sent to BME Growth.
This is the company's first operation in 2022 and is part of the expansion strategy for the national market in the elderly and dependency sector that began last year and will continue this year and the years to come.
Furthermore, Adriano Care announced that it had signed a loan of 125 million euros to "continue with his investment process and his strategy of acquiring quality assets in the coming years." The socimi formalized a syndicated financing line with a mortgage guarantee with a pool of national and international financial entities with a maturity of five years.
