Veeva Systems, a company specialising in cloud software for the life sciences sector, has leased the third floor of the Interface building in Barcelona’s 22@ district to house its new European headquarters, in a deal advised by CBRE. The property, located at 98–108 Carrer Tànger, is owned by Castellví.
The company will occupy 2,166 sqm, along with a private 335‑sqm terrace, and plans to move in during spring 2026. The space has been designed as a collaborative office and talent‑training centre, with areas also intended for hosting industry partners.
The construction of the Interface building was completed in 2008 comprising two independent modules, configured as if they were two unique buildings with a total surface area of 19,000 sqm. The asset offers open‑plan and flexible floors, large terraces and LEED Gold certification.
According to the latest office market report by Forcadell, the Barcelona office market closed 2025 with a take-up volume of 314,000 sqm, representing an increase of 6.44% compared to 2024.
