Unit4, a specialist in cloud-based business applications for people-centred organisations, is the latest occupant of Tower A, choosing to move its operations from Miraflores to this renovated space.
CBRE and JLL supported the company's placement in Tower A, a building owned by Merlin Properties. CBRE Portugal represented the owner, while JLL represented Unit4 through its Tenant Representation area.
This building, which has undergone a complete renovation, includes modern infrastructure and attractive common areas such as auditoriums, meeting rooms, a gym, changing rooms and a cafeteria. These improvements turn Tower A into a modern, ready-to-occupy office solution, responding to the demands and needs of today's market.
