A company owned by Socimi Silicius, managed by the Mazabi group, has closed the sale of one of its office buildings in Madrid.
Specifically, the Silicius investee has transferred the building it owned at number 23 Recoletos street in Madrid, an asset that it put up for sale last March.
The building was renovated in 2015 and is located in one of the commercial hubs of the city of Madrid, in the Salamanca district. It has a surface area of 2,100 sqm, spread over six office floors and also has a commercial space on the ground floor.
Silicius bought the building in 2014 from Catalunya Banc. Mazabi paid about 12 million euros for the asset, the same price that the Socimi expected to receive in this sale.
The only thing known about the buyer is that he is a private investor, who formalized the agreement at the end of last October.
