Nacional de Reaseguros acquires Serrano 240 office tower for €45M

Located in the Chamartín district, near Paseo de la Castellana and the Azca business hub, Serrano 240 is a 7,950 sqm office tower with 70 parking spaces. Its tenants include the public agency ENAC, which occupies three floors, and BBVA, which operates a flagship branch at street level.
