Savills has closed the sale of a 4,000 square meter office building in Valencia to the important food group Mercadalia, owner of such renowned companies as the Damel Group and Boston Nutraceutical Science, among others. The three-storey building is located on a 2,567-square-meter plot at number 6 Thomas Alva Street in the Paterna Technology Park and has its own parking.
With the acquisition, the Mercadallia Group plans to move its corporate headquarters to the new location, until now located in the Polígono Fuente del Jarro, also in Paterna. With the change, the group takes a big step forward in its strengthening and positioning in the market.
Savills has advised the seller in this operation and the manager CamarenaPark to the Mercadalia Group.
