Mapfre close to acquiring Ombú offices from Acciona for around €110M

Acciona acquired the structure from Gas Natural in 2017 and tasked Foster + Partners and Ortiz.León with its comprehensive redevelopment. The project, inaugurated in mid-2022, required a total investment of approximately €60 million.
