The project is located at 28 Llacuna Street, between Llull and Ramon Turró, south of 22@, and the total area sums up to 10,750 sqm. These are distributed in 6,500 sqm for the office building and the other 4,250 sqm for the residential area for the elderly.
The design has open and flexible floors, abundant light and ventilation. In addition to the constructed area, the office building incorporates 1,650 sqm of terraces and patios.
The promoter has been linked to various projects in 22@ since the beginning of the century, although with Grupo Bega it is the first time it has taken on the challenge without external partners. In the same block is the Hotel Travelodge and an office building on Llacuna Street, which also had their participation during the promotion phase.
