Europi Property Group and Kefren Capital Real Estate have acquired the office building located on the Esplugues de Cornellà de Llobregat road, Barcelona.
The operation has been mediated exclusively by Savills Aguirre Newman, who has advised the seller, an international investment fund.
The office building has a total area of 9,500 sqm above ground, in addition to having 206 parking spaces. The property, the headquarters of Servihabitat, is 90% occupied.
"Barcelona is being the main protagonist of real estate investment in 2021, taking over more than 70% of the total volume transacted nationwide and being of interest to new investors in this market", explains Carlos Bajo, director of capital markets offices at Savills Aguirre Newman Barcelona.
