The iconic building on Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona, which houses Banco Sabadell's corporate headquarters, has been put up for sale by the group chaired by Josep Oliu.
Industry sources give the property a value of more than one hundred million euros, although they specify that the building needs a reform. The building is 83 meters high and has 22 floors with a gross leasable area of twelve thousand square meters, in addition to forty parking spaces.
The tower is located at number 407 on Avenida Diagonal, at the intersection with Calle Balmes. Currently Banco Sabadell has its headquarters in Alicante and the bulk of its employees are in a large corporate building in Sant Cugat del Vallès. Although some apartments remain in the building on Avenida Diagonal, some of their floors remain empty.
In any case, it is a building with a prime location, in the heart of Barcelona, which is sure to arouse the interest of large groups looking for quality, well-located properties.
