Árima Real Estate announces the acquisition of the properties located at Pradillo 56 and 58, in Madrid, adjacent to each other and to Pradillo 54 which was acquired by the Company in 2020. The total disbursement of the three aforementioned properties amounted to 21,650,000 euros, and the gross lettable area will reach approximately 11,925 sqm post site assembly.
In parallel, and unrelated to this operation, Árima closed the lease of 100% of its Habana office assets in Madrid. It is an asset that was purchased through a sale & leaseback and that has been completely refurbished. It has a sba of 4,355 square meters.
