Allegra Holding acquires Elecnor headquarters in Madrid for €31M

The 13-storey building, located on Calle Arturo Soria with frontage onto the M-11 motorway, offers more than 6,000 sqm of space and is fully leased to Elecnor under a 12-year agreement.
