Grupo Vega Capital SOCIMI has joined Portfolio Stock Exchange, the new-generation multilateral trading facility. The initial reference price for its shares has been set at €47.40 per share, representing an initial market capitalisation of €237 million.
The company operates in the Spanish property market through the acquisition, ownership and letting of assets, with the aim of generating recurring and sustainable long-term income. The company also carries out refurbishment, maintenance and optimisation of occupancy levels to increase the attractiveness and profitability of its properties.
The company has a diversified portfolio comprising 58 assets, totalling 263 units. This includes shopping centres and retail premises, industrial and logistics assets, residential properties, hotels, service stations, rural and agricultural estates, land and assets at various stages of development. The portfolio is mainly concentrated in Andalusia, with a presence in provinces such as Málaga, Almería, Córdoba and Seville, and is complemented by industrial and logistics assets in the Community of Madrid.
The company has been advised by Armanext as its SMN advisor.
