Rentas Noblejas 3 SOCIMI has filed its Initial Market Access Document to join BME Scaleup, becoming the twelfth company to begin this process on BME’s growth markets so far this year.
The board of directors has set a reference price of €8.20 per share, valuing the company at €52.3 million. Renta 4 Corporate is acting as the registered adviser.
At the end of 2025, the portfolio comprised 15 assets, located mainly in the province of Málaga and, to a lesser extent, in Ceuta, with a combined gross lettable area of 222,817 sqm. According to the independent valuation carried out by Gesvalt, the portfolio was valued at €56.1 million.
The portfolio comprises properties for tourist, residential and commercial use, including holiday apartments and residential properties in Málaga. The strategy is focused on the long-term ownership and management of the assets, with the aim of generating recurring income.
The Market Coordination and Listings Committee considers that the company will meet the necessary requirements to begin trading, although its definitive listing is subject to the completion of the process and the obtaining of the relevant authorisations.
BME Scaleup is aimed at companies in the growth phase and has admission requirements tailored to smaller companies. In 2025, BME’s growth markets, which also include BME Growth, welcomed 14 new companies and raised €605 million through 105 capital increases.
