Grupo Gesvalt has formalised its entry into the capital of Evalore, a consultancy firm specialising in ESG services, which will now become part of its structure. The operation will enable the provision of this type of service to be expanded to clients operating in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
The agreement provides for the development of joint projects and the coordination of capabilities. Within this framework, the group will incorporate the technical knowledge and specialised team of the consultancy firm, which in turn will be able to rely on the existing operational and technological structure to carry out its activities.
Following the operation, these services will be integrated into the global offering, with actions linked to regulatory compliance, decarbonisation and the definition of ESG strategies applied to the real estate sector. In this area, the company has a proven track record in specialised services and achieved its Net Positive target in 2022.
Pablo Muñoz will continue to head Evalore and will also take on the management of the group's sustainability area. The teams will work together to ensure the continuity of services after the integration.
