Cushman & Wakefield has reorganised its offices in the Iberian region by relocating its headquarters in Barcelona and expanding its premises in Madrid. The series of measures, which includes adjustments to the Lisbon office, has involved an investment of €2.6 million.

In Barcelona, the company has moved its headquarters to the seventh floor of L'Illa Diagonal, at 545 Avenida Diagonal. The new space covers 1,300 sqm.

In the Spanish capital, the offices have been expanded three times in recent years. The most recent intervention consisted of a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the space to 1,700 sqm in the Beatriz building in the Salamanca district.

The facilities incorporate accessibility criteria, specific rooms for different user profiles, integrated technology and design adjustments linked to each market.

Cushman & Wakefield has also added new professionals in Spain, including Álvaro Alonso, appointed managing partner of Living and Corporate Finance, an area linked to the Living segment.

Internationally, the company recorded revenues of $4.8 billion in the first half of 2025, up 7% on the same period last year, and has made changes to its management structure with the appointment of Matthew Bouw as Chief Executive for the APAC and EMEA regions.
