Atom Hoteles Socimi closed the 2025 financial year with a valuation of its asset portfolio of €885.9 million, representing an increase of 9% compared to the €858.2 million recorded on 31 December 2024.
According to data reported by the company, this current valuation, added to sales made throughout 2025 and the set of divestments executed since its incorporation, for a cumulative amount of €245.4 million, places the total historical valuation of the portfolio at €1.131 billion.
At the end of the year, the portfolio consisted of 23 four- and five-star hotels, with a total of 5,572 rooms. Throughout its history, since its incorporation in 2018, the vehicle has managed up to 32 hotel establishments, with 7,070 rooms, mostly in the upper categories.
The evolution of the value is particularly significant considering that during 2025 the company divested the Exe Rey Don Jaime hotel for €50 million and the B&B Hotel Vitoria General Álava for €9.2 million. Excluding these transactions, the comparable valuation of the portfolio as at 31 December 2024 would have been €813.6 million, representing an increase of more than €72 million in like-for-like terms over a twelve-month period.
The company attributes this performance to the operational performance of the assets and the management of the portfolio, in a context marked by the evolution of the tourism sector in the main national destinations. At the same time, Atom Hotels maintains a strategy based on selective asset rotation, combining selective divestments with the consolidation of a portfolio focused on chain-operated hotels located in both urban and holiday destinations.
