Venture Real Estate Fund has acquired five fractions of warehouses and logistics from Novimovest fund, managed by Santander Asset Management. Serris REIM represented the buyer in the transaction which amounted to 2.75 million euros.
The asset is located in Talaíde, in a hinge area between the municipalities of Cascais, Sintra and Oeiras, integrating a condominium with an area of over 20,000 square metres. The property sold is rented to a company in the automobile sector.
Francisco Seabra Ferreira, Head of Real Estate of Serris REIM in Portugal, stresses that "the fact that we can strengthen our portfolio with an asset with the location and distinctive features as Talaíde Park is crucial to the success of our growth strategy in Portugal.
Luís Figueiredo, Director of Santander Asset Management, states that "this sale fits in the strategy defined by SAM in the sale of a set of assets which included these 5 logistics units and which constituted a good opportunity taking into account the dynamics and demand that this asset market has raised among investors".
