The CCP 5 Core-Plus fund, the joint venture created between the British manager Tristan Capital Partners and Kefren Capital Real Estate (Kcre), has closed a future purchase agreement with Goodman on a turnkey logistics platform in Constantí (Tarragona).
The platform has an approximate area of 40,000 sqm and will be located in the Industrial Estate of the municipality of Tarragona, with close access to the AP-7 motorway and is scheduled to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022. The future warehouse will be available at your totality for rent.
The space will be made up of four independent storage modules of 10,000 sqm each, with a parking area, forty loading docks, and patio bottoms for maneuvers. Additionally, the warehouse will be adapted to Medium Risk 5 and will have Breeam Excellent certification.
CCP 5 Core-Plus was created in 2020 with the aim of investing 200 million euros in logistics platforms located in consolidated logistics hubs such as Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Valencia and Bilbao.
