Tarjar Xairo Socimi has acquired an industrial building located in the industrial estate of San Fernando de Henares, in the eastern part of the Community of Madrid, for a total of €3.2 million, as reported Tuesday to BME Growth by the company dedicated to the leasing of properties it owns.
With this purchase, Tarjar Xairo, which has requested a mortgage loan on the acquired asset for an amount of 1.4 million euros, increases its real estate portfolio, with a mix of industrial and residential.
At 31 December last year, the valuation of Tarjar Xairo's real estate assets amounted to around 15.3 million euros, according to the latest appraisal by Euroval.
