Grupo Raminatrans has leased around 30,000 sqm from Newdock at the Los Naranjos logistics park in Loriguilla, Valencia, where it will occupy the entire second building to develop a new operation.
The agreement brings the occupied area in the first phase of the complex to approximately 50,000 sqm, equivalent to 68% of the 74,000 sqm built. Around 25,000 sqm remain available in the first building, comprising two 5,000 sqm modules and a 15,000 sqm module, all of them completed.
The leased warehouse has a clear height of 11.5 metres, 35-metre manoeuvring yards, loading bays and office space. The park also holds LEED Platinum certification and features a photovoltaic installation, while its administrative areas have been designed in line with WELL criteria.
Los Naranjos is located alongside the A-3 and A-7 motorways, providing connections to Valencia and its port, Madrid, Barcelona and the Mediterranean corridor. Its first phase comprises two buildings configured to accommodate operations of different sizes.
