Patron Capital and Inbright buy Quinta da Marquesa in Palmela

The joint venture has acquired the 26,000 sqm property from an open-ended Portuguese real estate fund. The asset, which is currently around 50% occupied, includes loading bays, ground-level gates, a clear height of ten metres and 24-hour security.
