Melcombe Partners has appointed CBRE and M2 Soluciones Inmobiliarias to jointly market a last-mile logistics warehouse in Getafe.
The warehouse, which will be available in the second quarter of 2022, is located in the Los Olivos industrial estate in Getafe (Madrid). It has a total built area of 7,306 sqm, distributed in 5,969 sqm of warehouse with a height of 10 meters and 1,337 sqm of offices.
The property has a PCI facility adapted for medium risk grade 5, it has three loading docks, as well as two entire facades for loading and unloading vans with perimeter circulation, which makes it "an ideal asset for last-mile distribution ", point from the company.
