The British fund, through its Crossbay investment vehicle, has acquired a logistics warehouse of 40,000 square meters from the Condis supermarket chain, which will continue as a tenant of the warehouse, in Montcada i Reixach (Barcelona). The operation has been estimated at 65 million euros, according to La Vanguardia.
Recently, Crossbay announced that it plans to invest 500 million in the next three years in the creation and development of a last-mile logistics platform in Spain. Its European portfolio comprises assets in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland and Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
