InPost Spain has leased a logistics centre in Molina de Segura, Murcia, which will enable it to expand its operational capacity in the south-east of the peninsula. The transaction was advised by Inmoking.
The property comprises a 3,000 sqm warehouse and a further 500 sqm of office space on a 25,000 sqm plot. Its facilities include 35 loading bays, two access ramps and a 150-metre-long frontage – a layout designed for distribution operations with high stock turnover.
The new facility will enable the company to meet the growth in its e-commerce and delivery services, both to homes and via collection points. From this location, it will strengthen its coverage in the Region of Murcia and across the Mediterranean arc as a whole.
Molina de Segura is a major hub for regional logistics activity due to its connection to the main transport corridors in the south-east and the availability of facilities for distribution, transport and e-commerce operators.
