Diglo has closed the sale of a last-mile logistics asset for more than two million euros to a construction materials distribution company.
The warehouse has a total surface area of 4,300 sqm and is located in the El Viso industrial estate in Malaga. With a clear height of 9 metres and more than 800 sqm of office space, the warehouse enjoys privileged access to the two main roads in the area: the A-7 and the MA-20.
The asset is also one of the largest in the northern area of the industrial estate and has two entrance gates and a loading bay for trailers. Built in 2002 and refurbished and upgraded in 2015, the last-mile logistics warehouse is in very good condition.
