The computer wholesaler Desyman has acquired an industrial warehouse of 11,577 square meters in the Les Salines industrial estate in Sant Boi de Llobregat in Barcelona.
After this operation, the company moves its headquarters although it maintains its location in the Baix LLobregat area. The operation has been advised by Forcadell.
The warehouse, which is isolated type C, is built on a plot of 6,237 square meters and is distributed in four independent modules with several floors. Each of them has a production workshop and office space for administrative tasks.
In this new space, Desyman will have more surface area for the production of computer components, in accordance with its current strategic plan. With this operation, the company aims to optimize production and services to its customers.
According to Gerard Plana, director of the Industrial-Logistics Department at Forcadell, "the industrial warehouse market for sale maintains, as was the case in 2021, a positive trend in terms of purchasing attitude, with a growing demand for acquisition driven mainly by companies consolidated as Desyman».
