CV-Grupo and Atitlan Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (ATDI) have acquired two plots totalling more than 50,000 sqm in San Fernando de Henares, in the Madrid region, through a joint venture. Both planned developments are pending building licences.
The first plot, of around 38,000 sqm, will host a complex of 13 adjoining industrial units ranging from 1,332 sqm to 24,609 sqm. The buildings will have a minimum clear height of 12 metres and will be offered for both sale and lease.
The second plot covers almost 15,000 sqm, with a maximum site coverage of 60%. Depending on the final use, permitted buildability allows for up to 9,000 sqm of floor area. The plot is being marketed for a turnkey project, a strategy the partners have used in previous developments.
“The Henares Corridor is a strategic area where we have been developing projects and growing for several years”, noted Salvador Vila, CEO of CV-Grupo, which has known the local market for more than two decades. Agustín Pérez, CEO of ATDI, added: “The Henares Corridor is one of the main logistics hubs in the country”.
