C&W announced the sale of an industrial property, in Setúbal, with 31,960 square meters. Etermar currently owns the property, which is located in an attractive area, 5 minutes away from the future lithium refinery, to be built in 2026.
Comprising 2,013 square meters of buildings, used as offices, the property has 7,223 square meters of warehouses and industrial buildings, with a large area for parking vehicles. In addition, the property has direct access to the Port of Setúbal and, consequently, to the Atlantic Ocean.
