Grupo Lar draws on internal talent. Its until now director of investments, Álvaro de Ansorena, assumes the logistics management of the company for Spain and Portugal.

As director of logistics in Iberia, Ansorena will have the responsibility of directing the company's activities in this subsector in the markets of Spain and Portugal.
Ansorena has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan, in Italy; master's degree in management from Esade and CEMS; and a master's degree in international management from the Université Catholique de Louvain, in Belgium. He has extensive experience in the real estate sector, since before joining Lar, in 2014, he held various positions at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he consolidated within the operating management department.
Since joining Grupo Lar and, before being appointed investment director in 2019, he has worked in the asset management department, managing a portfolio of centers and several important transformation and remodeling projects.
