abrdn sells two warehouses in Madrid and Barcelona for €30M

abrdn European Logistics Income has announced the sale of three logistics assets, two in Spain and one in the Netherlands, as part of its managed wind-down strategy. The proceeds will be used to reduce debt and improve the company’s financial position, the group said.
