Maben Group has formalised the purchase of a plot of land intended for hotel use located on Avenida Islantilla, in the municipality of Isla Cristina, in La Antilla, Huelva. Until now the asset was owned by Servihabitat, a real estate and financial asset manager.
The property, which has a total area of 13,269 sqm and a buildable area of 15,830 sqm, is situated in an established tourist area on the second line from the beach.
The transaction envisages using the entire site primarily for hotel purposes. Furthermore, according to Servihabitat, the possibility of expanding the project to include other complementary uses is being explored, within the framework of the flexibility provided for by current regulations.
Carlos Rivera, of Maben Group, highlights that “the purchase of the plot in Islantilla marks a milestone”. Furthermore, Rivera points out that thanks to this transaction, they are embarking on a new phase in which they are expanding their presence to high-potential coastal locations.
Luis Sánchez, Director of Professional Products at Servihabitat, states that “the flexibility in land use at La Antilla not only enhances the appeal for investors but also meets the demand of a market that combines quality tourism with the need for new residential developments”.
In fact, in 2024 Servihabitat had already completed a residential transaction in the same area, specifically a complex covering a total area of 246,060 sqm, which are being refurbished into luxury residences. The company is currently marketing the development resulting from this transaction.
