Meridia sells the Hesperia del Mar hotel in Barcelona to Catalonia for €25M

Built almost 20 years ago, the building has a surface area of 5,800 square metres, divided into 84 rooms, as well as meeting and convention rooms, restaurant services and a car park with 29 parking spaces.
