Limehome and Onix Capital have reached an agreement to develop two new hotel projects in Spain, specifically in Seville and Santander. Both deals consolidate the relationship that began around a year ago between the operator and the investment manager. The new properties will comprise a total of 158 accommodation units, with openings scheduled for 2028 and 2029.
The Seville project will be located in the city’s old town. This property will feature 68 units, communal areas and a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. With this addition, the tourism operator will have six projects in the Andalusian capital. The property is scheduled to begin operations in 2028.
As for Santander, the property will be situated near the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital and the train station. This building will feature 90 accommodation units and will include shared spaces such as terraces and co-working areas. The official forecast is for this hotel complex to become operational in 2029.
Limehome is a technology-driven operator managing a portfolio of over 13,000 holiday apartments and hotel rooms across 159 cities in 13 European countries.
Onix Capital Partners, for its part, is a real estate investment fund manager established in 2025. Over the past nine months, the firm has structured a number of development projects in the retail, hotel and flexible accommodation sectors, with a total investment volume exceeding €100 million.
