Apollo Global Real Estate with Admara, a subsidiary of La Finca, have offered 240 million euros for 19 hotels in the Reyal Urbis gorge, according to El Confidencial.
The auction of this lot includes: the Rafael hotels, in Madrid, Baqueira Beret and Barcelona; an office building on the outskirts of Madrid; and soils in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Murcia, Valencia, Jerez, Málaga, Palma and Vigo. Smaller in size; 319 parking spaces, extension fees for the Castellana and several office floors in Madrid buildings.
The 21st of December will be the deadline to submit the proposal at auction, so that the College of Attorneys and the Commercial Court No. 6 of Madrid continue with the liquidation of the second largest bankruptcy in the history of Spain - 343.5 million of debt with the Treasury.
