Fattal Group acquires six hotels from KKR for €165M

The Fattal Group has acquired six hotels (two of them aparthotels) in the Balearic Islands, from KKR and Dunas Capital for a total value of 165 million euro, according to Expansión newspaper, quoted by EjePrime.

The hotels in question are Alua Hawaii Ibiza (209 rooms), Alua Miami Ibiza (360 rooms), Aluasun Miami Ibiza Aparthotel (82 apartments), Alua Hawaii Mallorca (230 rooms), Alia Hawaii Mallorca Suites (68 apartments) and Alua Palmanova Bay (170 rooms).

The Israeli Hotel Group acquired these four-star hotels, which are part of the Alua hotel chain, have a total 1.119 rooms and are located facing the beach on the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca.

It should be noted that 14 million euro was invested in improvements in recent years. The buyer also intends to invest an additional 20 million euro in the modernisation of facilities and services.
