Batipart sells its Mar-Bell hotel to the MAC Hotels chain

The tourism asset Socimi Elaia Investment, owned by the French group Batipart, has completed two divestments.

Specifically, Batipart has divested its Mar-Bell hotel, located in Soller, in Palma de Mallorca, as well as the Alfaz del Pi asset, located in the Alicante town of the same name.

These transactions have reported income of about 23 million euros, as reported by the company.

The buyer of the hotel has been the Majorcan chain MAC Hotels, owned by the Amengual family and under the Pure Salt Luxury Hotels brand.

In the operation, Catella and Pérez-Llorca have advised on the part of the seller and Bufete Buades on the part of the buyer.
