All Iron RE I SOCIMI has finalised the acquisition of a property in Madrid’s Chamartín district to develop a project comprising 33 serviced apartments. The property, with a gross floor area of 1,829 sqm, will undergo a repositioning aimed at short and medium-term stays, targeting both corporate clients and tourist demand.
The transaction, announced to the market via BME Growth, represents less than 3% of the valuation of the company’s portfolio as at 30 June 2025.
With this acquisition, the SOCIMI expands its presence in Madrid within the flexible urban accommodation segment. All Iron RE I SOCIMI specialises in the acquisition and repositioning of properties intended for accommodation models situated between residential and hotel use.
The company’s portfolio comprises assets located in Spain’s major cities and comprises around 1,000 serviced apartments and 300 hostel beds.
