Saint Croix Holding Immobilier has joined BME Scaleup, after beginning trading on 30 July with an initial price of €72 per share, representing a valuation of €320.5 million. The traditional ringing of the bell at the Madrid Stock Exchange was attended by Marco Colomer, the company's chairman and chief executive officer, accompanied by Juan Flames, CEO of BME.
The company, which had been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since December 2011, is the ninth addition to BME Scaleup in 2025. With this move, it joins a market that has already welcomed around ten companies so far this year and has a combined market capitalisation of close to €6 billion.
The SOCIMI's activity focuses on managing a diversified portfolio of real estate assets, which mainly includes office buildings, university campuses, retail premises and shopping centres, hotels and a hospital. PKF Attest Servicios Empresariales acted as the Registered Adviser for the transaction, and the company is listed under the trading code SCHI.
With this addition, BME Scaleup continues to expand its base of small and mid-cap companies, including SMEs, scaleups, SOCIMIs and family businesses, offering a framework tailored to their financing and transparency needs.
